During my 30-year career, I gained operational and leadership experience across the public and private sectors, various industries and specialisms. Whether it's accounting & finance, project & programme management, IT, Health & Safety or general management, I've got a wealth of practical experience.
I've been where you are - making tough career decisions, rebuilding my confidence and wondering how to make the next move.
Witnessing the negatives and positives of the corporate world, I know what it's like to climb the ladder, survive toxic cultures and navigate barriers. I've experienced challenging situations but also motivating ones. I’m lucky to have had great opportunities, and I've had some fantastic role models along the way.
I've also built, led and coached incredible teams.
I know how to recruit, what employers look for, and how to bring the best out of people. I've interviewed hundreds of candidates in building my own high-performing teams of senior managers right through to junior staff, across multiple disciplines. My written proposals have influenced and persuaded Boards and Committees, so I know how to write compelling yet authentic copy.
