I have spent over 30 years in senior leadership roles across finance, IT, project management, health and safety, and general business management — including 17 years in NHS management. I have worked with directors, C-suite leaders and senior executives on their CVs, and I understand what a strong executive CV needs to convey to the people making decisions at that level.
